The specific features, validity period, usage limits and applicable charges will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Users may request cancellation of a paid service by contacting FnHJobs customer support.
Cancellation requests will be assessed according to the status of the service:
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the transaction records, service status, applicable package terms and the facts of the case.
Except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved under this policy, the following will generally not be refundable:
FnHJobs provides recruitment tools and platform services. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee that an employer will hire a candidate or receive a particular number of suitable applications.
FnHJobs reserves the right to suspend, reject, remove or cancel a job listing, account or paid service if it violates our Terms of Service, applicable law, or platform policies, or if there is suspected fraud, misuse or misleading information.
Where FnHJobs cancels a paid service for reasons attributable to FnHJobs and the service has not been delivered, an appropriate refund may be provided, subject to applicable law and the circumstances.
Where cancellation results from the user's violation of our policies, no refund will ordinarily be provided for services already delivered or used, without prejudice to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
To request a refund or cancellation, contact FnHJobs through the official contact details published on our website.
Please provide the following information:
Please submit requests promptly so that we can investigate the transaction and service status.
FnHJobs will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may contact the user for additional information.
Once a refund is approved:
FnHJobs will communicate the outcome of the refund request using the contact details provided by the user.
Where a refund is approved, applicable taxes and payment gateway charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law, the payment provider's rules and the circumstances of the transaction.
Any deduction from a refund will be disclosed where applicable and will not override a refund obligation imposed by law.
Services offered free of charge, including any free job posting or account features, do not qualify for a monetary refund because no payment has been collected for those services.
FnHJobs may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or applicable law.
The revised policy will be published on FnHJobs.com with an updated effective date. Changes will apply subject to applicable law and any contractual commitments already made.
